Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your products to notify us if you would like to create a return, you then have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.

Due to hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any products that have been opened, items must be returned with seal intact. Glues and liquids are non refundable or exchangeable.

In the event that a product received is faulty or damaged we can exchange or refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we have inspected and deemed faulty, we can then either issue a refund or exchange.

 Orders purchased with a gift card are non refundable.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
